The US military sustained $1.902 billion in equipment losses during the first four days of strikes against Iran, including a $1.1 billion AN/FPS-132 early warning radar in Qatar and three F-15E Strike Eagles valued at $282 million, according to data compiled by Anadolu.
Iran's missile strike on Saturday damaged the AN/FPS-132 radar at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, a loss confirmed by Qatar. On Sunday, three F-15E Strike Eagles were lost in a friendly fire incident involving Kuwaiti air defenses, though all six aircrew survived.
Iran also destroyed two AN/GSC-52B satellite communications terminals, costing $20 million, at the US Navy’s Fifth Fleet headquarters in Manama, Bahrain. Additionally, satellite imagery suggests Iran destroyed the AN/TPY-2 radar component of the THAAD Anti-Ballistic Missile System in the UAE, estimated at $500 million.
Iran targeted at least seven US military sites and three US diplomatic missions across the Middle East, resulting in six US service members killed at Camp Arifjan in Kuwait.
