Leonid Radvinsky, the Ukrainian American entrepreneur and majority owner of OnlyFans (Fenix International), died at 43 after a battle with cancer, impacting the highly profitable UK-based platform that was reportedly in talks for a multibillion-dollar sale.
Radvinsky acquired Fenix International, the London-based company, in 2018, remaining its majority shareholder and a director. Under his ownership, OnlyFans grew into one of the most profitable private companies in the United Kingdom, widely used by sex workers, influencers, and celebrities.
The company paid out a record $701 million in dividends last year, with Radvinsky receiving a significant share. His passing occurs while the platform was reportedly in discussions for a potential multibillion-dollar sale.
OnlyFans confirmed his death, stating he passed peacefully and requesting privacy for his family.
