Planet Fitness Boosts Profit 28% in Q4, Adds 1.1 Million Members, Eyes 9% Revenue Jump

Total revenue for the fourth quarter increased by 10.5% to $376.3 million, with system-wide same club sales up 5.7%. Net income attributable to the company rose to $60.4 million, or $0.73 per diluted share, from $47.1 million, or $0.56 per diluted share, in the prior year.

For the full fiscal year 2025, total revenue reached $1.3 billion, a 12.1% increase, and net income was $219.1 million, or $2.62 per diluted share, up from $172.0 million, or $2.00 per diluted share, in 2024. The company also highlighted significant membership growth, adding 1.1 million net new members in 2025, and opened 181 new clubs system-wide.

Looking ahead to 2026, Planet Fitness anticipates system-wide same club sales growth of 4% to 5% and revenue to increase by approximately 9%.
