Samsung has officially announced its new flagship Galaxy S26 series, emphasizing the integration of intuitive and proactive AI features designed to simplify everyday tasks.
The series, including the S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra, is powered by advanced AI experiences and built on robust hardware, including the Snapdragon® 8 Elite Gen 5 Mobile Platform for Galaxy in the Ultra model. Key AI-driven features include enhanced camera capabilities with AI-powered editing, proactive suggestions for user tasks, improved search functionalities like Circle to Search with Google, and a more conversational Bixby agent.
The company also highlighted significant advancements in privacy and security, with features like a built-in Privacy Display on the S26 Ultra and enhanced Knox security protocols. The Galaxy S26 series will be available for pre-order starting February 26, with general availability on March 11.
Samsung is also extending its commitment to long-term support with seven years of security updates.
