Revolve Group launched free, hassle-free returns in Canada, including duties and taxes, enhancing customer convenience and service levels in one of its top five international markets, aiming for higher purchase activity and improved customer retention.
This initiative builds upon Revolve's recent efforts to improve its Canadian customer experience, which previously included launching all-inclusive pricing to eliminate "sticker shock" at checkout and providing free 2-day express shipping. According to Kai Li, Revolve's vice president of international, these service level enhancements are expected to create additional customer interest in Canada, which is identified as one of the company's top five international markets.
Li further noted that similar improvements implemented in key markets such as the United Kingdom and Australia have historically resulted in a favorable customer response, characterized by increased purchase activity and improved customer retention. The company is actively working to elevate its customer experience across all markets, with Canada representing a significant focus for these strategic service upgrades and potential regional expansion.
