Orsted has agreed to sell its European onshore business for $1.7 billion, coinciding with a U.S. judge's ruling that allows the company to resume work on its Sunrise Wind project off New York's coast.
The company confirmed earnings guidance for the next two years despite hefty impairments and U.S. tariff costs hitting its bottom line in 2025.
The commission said it was investigating whether the wind-turbine company received foreign backing that would give it an unfair advantage in the EU.
Out-of-home advertising company Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings agreed to be sold to Mubadala Capital, in partnership with TWG Global, in a deal with a $6.2 billion enterprise value.
