A KKR-led consortium is nearing a deal to acquire ST Telemedia Global Data Centres, valuing the company at over $10 billion, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal.
The U.S. firm will hold a 75% stake in the data-center operator, with Singtel owning the remainder.
KKR agreed to acquire Arctos Partners, an investor in professional sports franchise stakes, in a deal initially valued at $1.4 billion.
VSE plans to acquire Precision Aviation Group for about $2.03 billion in cash and equity.
Leidos Holdings has struck a deal to buy utility consulting and engineering services platform Entrust Solutions Group from private-equity firm Kohlberg & Co. for about $2.4 billion in cash.
