BMW, Figure Test Humanoid Robots for Production Efficiency

The partnership focused on testing the robots' ability to precisely insert sheet metal parts, a task demanding high dexterity. While two Figure 02 robots were deployed for the trial, they have since left the plant, and BMW has not established a firm timeline for their reintroduction or full integration.
