Archer-Daniels-Midland Co.
has agreed to pay $40 million to settle allegations of accounting fraud related to its nutrition business, following a two-year investigation by the SEC.
The settlement requires Google to change its Google Play terms of service and the setup screens for new Android mobile devices.
The $125 million deal is the latest in a series of cyber acquisitions aimed at securing AI.
